We offer a 30-day return policy for all hearing aids and accessories purchased directly from us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The product must be in new, unused condition. If the product has been worn or used (including for hearing evaluations or trial purposes), it may be subject to a restocking fee or not eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Customized hearing aids that have been specifically ordered or modified to your specifications.
- Opened or used hearing aids, unless they are defective or malfunctioning.
- Batteries, ear molds, or disposable accessories that have been opened or used.
- Special-order items that are not part of our regular inventory.
How to Return an Item
If you wish to return a product, please follow these simple steps:

- Return Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for sending back the product.

Refunds

Exchanges
